A production-grade rigid black plastic designed for long-term use, offering an ideal combination of impact strength, elongation, and tensile strength. Figure 4 Tough 65C Black is a versatile material known for its long-term environmental stability and injection molded-like surface quality. It's primarily used for high mechanical load-bearing batch production parts, jigs, fixtures, and prototypes that maintain stability over extended periods. With a 70˚C heat deflection temperature and 35% elongation at break, it's especially suitable for components like buckles, snaps, and clips. This material has been rigorously tested for durability, ensuring functionality and stability for up to 8 years indoors and 1.5 years outdoors.
