Reflecting on our recent participation at Formnext 2023, it's evident that this year marks yet another milestone in ANiMA's journey with ZRapid Technologies, showcasing our sustained partnership and commitment to the forefront of additive manufacturing. This effort was aimed at providing attendees with a hands-on experience and a closer look at the advancements in Additive Manufacturing, further solidifying our commitment to advancing these transformative manufacturing solutions. That is why we brought a wide array of samples and 3D Printers to the show!
Particularly, the iSLM350D is an industrial-grade metal 3D printer capable of producing high-quality metal parts across a large build volume. This printer utilizes advanced technologies for gas recirculation and dual laser path generation, allowing for efficient and cost-effective production. It’s equipped with 2 x 500W IPG Laser sources and can print with a layer thickness ranging from 0.02mm to 0.10mm. The iSLM350D has a substantial weight capacity of approximately 2500kg, indicating its robustness for industrial applications.
Notably, it's compatible with various materials such as Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Die Steel, Titanium, CoCr, Copper, and Nickel Alloys, reflecting its versatility in catering to diverse industry needs, including aerospace, automotive, industrial, and medical sectors. It works great with the AFS-420 Metal Powder Circulation Unit as well. We welcome any inquiries and are more than ready to discuss the capabilities and benefits of the Circulation Unit in greater detail.
The iSLA660 on the other hand, a state-of-the-art Stereolithography (SLA) 3D printer from ZRapid Technologies, operates using a diode-pumped solid-state laser Nd:YVO₄, with a wavelength of 354.7nm and power ranging from 1000 to 3000mW. Its capabilities include normal, quick, and precision builds, with intelligent positioning and a vacuum press recoat system. The iSLA660 is particularly adept at producing parts with high precision, thanks to its high-speed scanning galvanometer and parts scanning speed of up to 6.0m/s.
As we move forward, ANiMA is excited to harness the capabilities of these ZRapid Technologies printers to not only meet but exceed the evolving demands of the industry. Our goal is to continuously innovate and provide solutions that not only meet the current needs of the market but also anticipate future trends.
Formnext 2023, was an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations and foster new partnerships. We are grateful for the insightful interactions and the interest shown in our advanced 3D printing solutions. As we reflect on the success of this event, we look forward to continuing these conversations and exploring the vast possibilities in Additive Manufacturing.
